1. BOOK

Each distance chakra balancing session is about 80 minutes. Simply schedule a session online or contact me for help.

2. COMPLETE FORMS

After booking a session, I’ll send you a consent form and health assessment to complete. On the health assessment, you’ll be able to indicate any physical issues as well as any life-threatening events or emotional traumas and past surgeries you’ve experienced.

3. CONNECT

At the scheduled time, we’ll connect either by phone or Zoom to discuss your intentions for the session. Then, we’ll get you settled in, and you’ll get comfortable by laying in bed or sitting quietly, relax, and receive.

4. GET BALANCED

50 minutes of chakra balancing can feel intimidating to the mind, fortunately, you don’t have to think about chakra balancing for it to happen! In the same way, if you can relax and stay still for 2 or 3 minutes, your physiology and energetic field will take over and you won’t have to think about what is happening as your body relaxes.

5. ENGAGE LOGICAL MIND

After 50 minutes, I will call you back or we’ll resume the Zoom call and that’s how you’ll know it’s time to reengage your logical mind and move back into form.

6. GAIN INSIGHTS

As we go through the results of each of your chakras, we’ll talk about the consciousness they hold and how it’s been impacting your life. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and get feedback on any concerns you may have.

7. POST SESSION SELF-CARE

Even though you may not notice anything, be certain that things ARE happening in your energetic field after the session as your chakras adjust. The best thing to do to continue to facilitate the energy movement is to allow yourself to feel and let go of emotions that arise without trying to understand what they are or where they came from. Getting plenty of rest is also beneficial during this time.
