IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AFTER A CELLULAR CONSCIOUSNESS™ SESSION TO SUPPORT THE ENERGETIC RELEASE FROM YOUR SYSTEM.

It is normal to have some aftereffects from a session, especially if it's your first time (you can check out this post to help you figure out it out). If you think you are going through an energetic detox. I want you to know that this is normal and it is a good sign! As it means that your system is responding to the work that was done and things are moving!

So... now that you know what's happening, here are some ways to move through it with ease.

  • Refrain from alcohol
  • Enjoy a salt bath
  • Drink lots of water
  • Eat healthy
  • Get plenty of rest

1.REFRAIN FROM ALCOHOL.

It's important to allow the Cellular Consciousness™ that was released in the session to continue to release from your system. If you consume alcohol within the first 24(ish) hours, it may hamper the release of stuck emotions, trauma and experiences.

2.ENJOY A SALT SOAK.

The amount of congestion is in no way linked to the benefits you will get long term.

Salt is naturally cleansing to the energetic field and will help the energy continue to move and be released from your system. In addition, a good salt soak can help you ease muscle pain and cramps as well as give you some much needed time away from stressful situations.

3.DRINK WATER.

Clean pure water helps flush toxins out of your system and affects the vibration of your energetic field by increasing its frequency. This increase in frequency will help you continue to release emotions, trauma or experiences that were transformed during your Cellular Consciousness™ Session. 

According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.

So... it's critical to drink water all of the time ... especially after a session!

4.EAT HEALTHY.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are great high vibration foods. Stay away from processed foods as they will decrease the vibration of your energetic field. 

5.REST.

Take a break from the busyness of life and just allow yourself to get some extra sleep. After your session is complete - it is extremely important to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Make sure you get some rest, drink plenty of water and herbal teas or even fruit & vegetable juices. Take Himalayan or Epsom Salt baths. Also, refrain from using alcoholic beverages and try to avoid stressful situations for at least 24 hours to fully let the shift in the Cellular Consciousness™ of your energetic field to occur.

Remember ...

Whether or not you are feeling an aftereffects - know that the release continues for about 24 hours after the session. The way your body releases STUCK EMOTIONS and the amount released are in no way linked to the BENEFITS you will get long term i.e. a larger more expressive release does not mean that it is "better" than a slower gradual emotional release. Just trust that whatever you are going through is exactly what you need.
